ThinkLaw expands disputes team with partner appointment

Mumbai, Aug 13, 2025 —

Mumbai-headquartered ThinkLaw has reinforced its dispute resolution practice with the induction of Ragini Singh as partner.

Singh, who previously led her own practice, Ragini Singh and Associates, brings over ten years of expertise in securities litigation and regulatory advisory. She has represented diverse market participants, including listed entities, brokers, and stock exchanges, before key regulatory and judicial forums such as the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), the PMLA Appellate Tribunal, arbitral tribunals, various high courts, and the Supreme Court of India.

After launching her firm in 2016, Singh also served as a part-time legal advisor to the Bombay Stock Exchange and contributed as an advisory panel member of the Central Board of Film Certification. She began her career at DSK Legal.

In its announcement, ThinkLaw highlighted Singh’s “strategic insight and regulatory acumen” as pivotal in enhancing its capacity to handle complex commercial disputes and securities-related matters.
