SNG & Partners has acted as legal counsel to Shriram Properties Limited for its upcoming large-scale residential development in Hinjewadi, Pune, executed under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with the landowner. The Firm advised on the full transaction lifecycle, including deal structuring, drafting of the JDA and related documents, title verification, land due diligence, and regulatory and RERA compliance.

The transaction was led by Partner Samreen Paloba, supported by Associate Yukta Yadav, with strategic oversight from Senior Partner and Head of Real Estate, Sadhav Mishra.

This project marks Shriram Properties’ second major venture in Pune and underscores its continued expansion in high-growth residential markets. Spanning approximately 0.7 million sq. ft., the development is projected to generate nearly ₹700 crore in revenue and will include premium homes along with curated retail and commercial offerings.
