New Delhi, Aug 11, 2025 —
Bhojraj Renewables Energy Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of Tarbiya Construction and Infrastructure Private Limited, has been acquired by Purvah Green Power Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of CESC Limited.
The Precept-Law Offices acted as lead transaction counsel to Bhojraj Renewables Energy, advising on deal structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and regulatory compliance. The team also conducted legal due diligence on the large land parcels required for the project.
The transaction was led by Manish Singh (Partner), with key support from Seraj Khan (Senior Associate) and Vivek Vashisth (Senior Associate).
