The restructuring initiative was designed to reinforce Mugafi’s governance and organisational framework, enabling the company to accelerate its growth plans and expand its portfolio of cross-border intellectual properties. By optimising its corporate structure, Mugafi is positioning itself to scale operations efficiently, attract strategic investors, and strengthen long-term decision-making.
