Victoriam Legalis Advises Silky Overseas in Blockbuster ₹30.68 Cr SME IPO on NSE Emerge

Mumbai, July 07, 2025 —

Victoriam Legalis Advocates & Solicitors served as Legal Advisor to Silky Overseas Limited in its Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Initial Public Offering on the NSE Emerge Platform. The IPO received an extraordinary 169.93 times subscription. Against a net issue size of ₹30.68 crore, the offering garnered approximately ₹3,000 crore in total bids.

The advisory team for Silky Overseas was led by Aditya Chopra (Managing Partner) and Kritika Seth (Founding Partner), with key contributions from Amay Jain (Senior Associate), Fatima Ali (Associate), and Moxy Shah (Associate).
