Neha Sinha, a former partner at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has joined Sagus Legal as a partner in its corporate and M&A practice.

Sinha was previously a partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and has also worked with Nishith Desai Associates.

She has 15 years of experience in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as setting up domestic and offshore India-focused investment funds.

Her expertise includes advising corporates on group restructurings, outbound expansion and investments, and advising foreign businesses on their India entry strategies.
