Megha Arora quits JSA to bolster IndusLaw energy practice

Megha Arora has joined IndusLaw in Bengaluru as a partner in the projects, energy and infrastructure practice, along with her team.

Prior to joining IndusLaw, Arora was a partner at JSA. Her work experience includes being a partner at HSA Advocates, and roles at Khaitan & Co and Trilegal.

Arora brings more than 20 years of extensive experience advising clients in the energy, infrastructure, climate change and construction sectors.

Her expertise includes project development, M&A, cross-border investments and bid advisory. Arora has also regularly advised solar and wind energy players on acquisitions and investments, and the structuring of energy and project-related contracts

She has worked on project contracts for India’s leading LNG terminals, while her experience in project finance includes transactions focused on power, refineries and city gas distribution.

Arora has contributed to the construction and infrastructure sectors, having advised on turnkey projects, urban infrastructure and smart city initiatives.
