Kanga & Co acted as the sole legal counsel to Dev Accelerator Limited (DevX) and the Book Running Lead Manager, Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited, in connection with DevX’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 23,500,000 equity shares, aggregating to ₹143.35 crore.
Established in 2017, DevX is a fast-growing provider of flexible office solutions, offering coworking spaces and managed office environments across India. It has emerged as one of the largest operators in Tier-2 markets, serving enterprises seeking agile and scalable workspace models.
