Noida-based intellectual property boutique Fidus Law Chambers has brought on board Janhvi Chadha as Partner and Head of its Mumbai office. Chadha joins from Krishna & Saurastri, where she served as an associate partner, and brings over ten years of experience in IP enforcement, litigation, and transactional strategy across varied sectors and jurisdictions. She has previously worked with Khaitan & Co.

Managing Partner Shwetasree Majumder said Chadha’s addition represents a key milestone in the firm’s Mumbai growth plan, noting her dual qualification and cross-border experience as a strong fit for the leadership vision. With her induction, the firm’s partnership strength has risen to eight, including Priya Adlakha, who recently made partner.
