Economic Laws Practice acted for Prime Focus Limited and its offshore subsidiaries on fund raising of USD 200 million by its subsidiary, DNEG S.a.r.l., Luxembourg, from United Al Sager Group.

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) acted for Prime Focus Limited (“PFL”) and its offshore subsidiaries for investment in DNEG S.a.r.l., Luxembourg (“DNEG”) of up to USD 200 million by United Al Sager Group (UASG), a leading Abu Dhabi-based investor, at an enterprise value for DNEG Group in excess of USD 2 billion. Prime Focus Limited (PFL) is an integrated media services powerhouse operating globally.

The transaction involved advisory, drafting of certain investment agreements, reviewing, negotiating, and offering counsel on investment agreements and other transaction documents at DNEG. It was led by Manendra Singh (Partner) and assisted by Tanvi Goyal (Associate Partner), Aditi Ladha (Senior Associate).
