CleverTap has appointed Prateek G as Director and Head of Legal, marking a key addition to its in-house leadership team.
Prateek brings 16 years of experience across the media and entertainment, IT, and services sectors. His practice spans deal structuring, contract drafting and negotiations, licensing, infringement matters, litigation, and regulatory advisory.
A graduate of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, Prateek has previously held senior legal roles at Perfetti Van Melle, MX Player, Viacom18, HCL, and Asian Paints. Before joining CleverTap, he served as Associate Head – Legal at Perfetti Van Melle.
Over the years, he has advised on complex commercial arrangements, corporate transactions, intellectual property and data privacy issues, and high-stakes disputes. He has also played an active role in internal compliance initiatives and legal training programmes.
