Antares Legal has welcomed Mehak Khanna as a Partner in its New Delhi office, marking a significant expansion of the firm’s corporate practice. Khanna joins the firm along with Aditya Khandewal (Principal Associate), Arshdeep Singh (Associate), and Yash Budhiraja (Associate).
A 2009 graduate of Amity University (GGSIPU) and an LLM holder in Corporate & Commercial Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Khanna also serves as a member of the Indian Direct Selling Association.
With over 17 years of experience, Khanna advises clients on M&A, fund-raises, joint ventures, general corporate, and regulatory matters across sectors including sports, direct selling, e-commerce, and technology.
She has previously held leadership roles as General Counsel at Lenskart and Assistant General Counsel at Bharti Airtel, where she worked closely with business teams to align legal strategy with commercial goals. Before joining Antares Legal, Khanna was a Partner at Khaitan & Khaitan.
