Bahuguna Law Associates has strengthened its disputes practice with the launch of a dedicated white-collar crime vertical, appointing Laksh Khanna as partner to lead the new team. With this addition, the firm’s partnership now stands at five.
The new practice will focus on complex regulatory prosecutions, economic offences, and high-stakes criminal litigation. Khanna brings over 15 years of experience in dispute resolution, with a strong focus on anti-corruption matters and money laundering cases. Prior to joining Bahuguna Law, he served as an additional public prosecutor at the Delhi High Court.
He has also advised on defence mandates as part of the criminal litigation team at Karanjawala & Co., representing clients across sectors such as real estate, pharmaceuticals, banking, and media.
Joining Khanna are Diksha Suri, formerly an associate at Kred Jure, and Riya Jain, who previously worked as a law researcher at the Delhi High Court.
