Timothy Franklyn has joined Fox & Mandal as deputy managing partner and national head of capital markets in Bengaluru.
Franklyn founded the Bengaluru School of Law & Justice and the National School of Journalism & Public Discourse. With more than 20 years of experience, he has worked as a partner at Tatva Legal, Bengaluru, and a registered foreign lawyer at DLA Piper in Hong Kong.
With extensive international experience in capital markets, he has practised across New Delhi, Singapore and Hong Kong. Franklyn has also advised governments, corporations and global investment banks on a wide range of international corporate finance transactions, including Regulation S and Rule 144A securities offerings, IPOs, foreign currency convertible bonds, high-yield bond issuances, follow-on public offerings, qualified institutional placements, medium-term note programmes, and take-private transactions.
He holds an LLM from the London School of Economics, and is qualified as an advocate and solicitor in the senior courts of England and Wales.
