NDR Auto Components, Advised by DMD Advocates, Forms Joint Venture with Hayashi Telempu

NEW DELHI, May 16, 2025 —

DMD Advocates provided legal counsel to NDR Auto Components Limited (NDR) in establishing a 50:50 joint venture with Japan’s Hayashi Telempu Corporation (Hayashi) to manufacture and introduce advanced automotive components in the Indian market. The JV will produce innovative products such as ambient lighting, carpets, dash inners, rear shades, and toner covers, enhancing vehicle offerings with cutting-edge solutions.

The transaction was spearheaded by Pallavi Puri (Partner), Aishwarya Gupta (Senior Associate), and Srishti Pandey (Associate), with strategic oversight from Rashi Dhir (Senior Partner & Head of Corporate).
