Eshna is a counsel and has a wide-ranging experience in commercial and civil litigation. She has a well established name in insolvency and bankruptcy laws, company law and arbitration law. She regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunals across India, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Delhi and the Supreme Court of India.

She also appears before various arbitral tribunals. Her experience ranges from insolvency at the instance of financial creditors and operational creditors for both corporate debtors and personal debtors to approval of resolution plan of corporate giants. She also is a member of IWIRC, India. She has penned down an article in Legal Guardian and Touchpoint, INSOL.
