Bengaluru, February 4th, 2025 —

Anjali Menon has rejoined Poovayya & Co as a partner in the firm’s corporate practice at its Bengaluru office, marking her return after nine years of running her own firm, Express Law.

With over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial law, Menon previously spent more than four and a half years at Poovayya & Co before founding Express Law in 2017.

At Poovayya, she will primarily focus on employment law and workplace compliance, advising corporate and individual clients on complex employment matters, including internal investigations into sexual harassment complaints. She also guides internal committees on statutory compliance and serves as an external member for several corporate committees.

In addition to her employment practice, Menon advises on commercial contracting, covering master service agreements, outsourcing arrangements, franchise and distribution contracts, and supports founders on early-stage funding and capital raising initiatives.
