Med-tech specialist Adsys Medtech Private Limited, which has developed an AI-powered device capable of generating rapid complete blood count reports, has successfully raised its seed round of funding led by the Foundation for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship and Rainmatter Investments (backed by Zerodha).

Rise Legal acted as legal counsel on the transaction, with a team led by Ritika Ganju (Managing Partner) and associates Anushka Bhardwaj and Mohana Dasyam. The investment supports Adsys’ mission to disrupt conventional diagnostic technology using artificial intelligence.
