Technology-Law Boutique Transforms: Mani Chengappa & Mathur Evolves into MCM Law with New Partners

Bengaluru, October 17, 2025 —

Technology-specialist law firm Mani Chengappa & Mathur has announced a strategic expansion of its partnership with the appointment of two seasoned lawyers from GDroit Advocates – namely Gautamaditya Sridhara and Aravind Mokkapati. The move comes alongside a rebranding of the firm: it will now operate under the name MCM Law.

Sridhara and Mokkapati bring strong expertise in dispute-resolution and corporate law, significantly complementing the firm’s original focus on technology‐driven legal work.

The rebranded firm is positioning itself for its “next phase of growth,” emphasising a multi-tiered leadership structure and wider capability spectrum — from transactional to contentious matters.

With the expanded partnership now in place, MCM Law is signalling a broader ambition: to become a full-service boutique that can serve clients across end-to-end legal needs, rather than remaining exclusively technology-law specialists.
