S&A Law Offices Secures Major Arbitration Win for PNC Infratech Against NHAI, Securing ₹485 Crore Award

S&A Law Offices successfully represented PNC Infratech Limited in a high-stakes arbitration against the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The Hon’ble Arbitral Tribunal ruled in favor of PNC Infratech, awarding ₹485 Crore, along with 12% annual interest and applicable taxes, while dismissing NHAI’s counterclaims.

The dispute stemmed from a FIDIC-based contract for the construction of the New Four-Lane Agra Bypass, connecting Km 176.800 of NH-2 to Km 13.03 of NH-3 in Uttar Pradesh.

The S&A Law Offices team was led by Mr. Manoj K. Singh and Ms. Gunita Pahwa, with key support from Mr. Anand Pratap Singh, Mr. Ankur Mishra, and Mr. Shashank Saurabh.

This landmark victory underscores PNC Infratech’s successful claim resolution and reinforces S&A Law Offices’ prowess in complex infrastructure and construction disputes.
