Sneha Nagaraj, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and Gautham Gururaj have established Frontline Law Partners, a firm specialising in dispute resolution, arbitration, transactional work and corporate advisory matters.
Nagaraj and Gururaj, who have more than 35 years of combined experience, have established the firm to provide services to clients in India and internationally. They will be focusing on litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory, fundraising transactions and cross-border deals.
In addition to the firm’s Indian unit, Frontline has hired Illarion Igorevich Girs, as international counsel. Girs who brings more than 20 years of experience to oversee cross-border and international matters, said, “I am delighted to be working with Sneha and Gautham to extend the firm’s presence across the European continent and beyond.”
Nagaraj, a UK-trained arbitrator and mediator with a background in complex litigation, added, “At Frontline Law Partners, we see disputes not as disruptions but as pivotal moments requiring strategic action and swift resolution.”
Gururaj highlighted that apart from advising multinationals on structuring cross-border ventures and assisting corporates with regulatory compliance, the firm will assist startups with funding rounds.
